My goal as a therapist is to meet my clients where they are, no matter what. Whether you're at rock bottom or looking for personal growth and increased well-being I want to work collaboratively with you to establish a plan to address and meet your goals. We will work together to determine the root cause of what you're experiencing and create a clear path to finding what you are looking for.

Substance Abuse & Addiction
Adolescents and teens experience the world, with all its stresses and challenges, often without the coping skills they need to thrive. My goal when working with young people is to help them gain a new sense of control over their lives to help them conquer whatever may be challenging them.
Most of us experience anxiety or depression at one time or another. Whether situational or chronic the symptoms associated with anxiety and depression can often feel crippling. In counseling we will work together to find the cause of your symptoms and develop a realistic and goal-oriented treatment plan to address them.
Addiction is a chronic disease that affects a large cross-section of the population. Many find themselves feeling hopeless and unsure of how to deal with their experience of substance abuse or addiction. Whether you are just beginning your journey to sobriety, or are simply looking for additional support on your road to recovery, I'm here to help.
Relationship Issues
Whether friendships, family, or romantic, relationships impact us all. There are times when the road to a healthy happy relationship can seem rocky. I believe a well-developed self-concept is the first step to achieving the relationship you're longing for. Together we can find the missing pieces and improve your outlook, whatever the relationship.
Stress
Stress is a natural part of life. However, both good and bad stress take a toll on our physical and mental health. Learning to develop effective coping mechanisms for stress and self-care are key to good living throughout the life-span.
General Life Challenges
We all have had moments when we felt low, or lost, or lonely. There is never any shame in reaching out for support. Having a trusted professional you can talk to about whatever you're experiencing can help to alleviate negative symptoms associated with a variety of life challenges. You don't have to go through this alone.
